Introducing the Alumni Association Board of Directors
The Alumni Association Board of Directors welcomes you to the CLHS web site. We would like to introduce ourselves and invite you to participate in association events.
Stephanie (Etzler) Goodman, class of '93, is the association president. She works for Republic Services as an Environmental Specialist. Stephanie is married to Robert ('93) and they have two children who are future cadets; Lauren is five and Clayton is three.
Grant Goeglein, '03, the association treasurer, is a Financial Advisor for Northwestern Mutual Network. He is a member of the NAIFA and the Fort Wayne Chamber of Commerce. He enjoys traveling, golfing and his family. Grant is the son of Andrew (’74) and Christine (Nieter) Goeglein (’74).
Adam Heller, '93, is the General Manager of QIG, LLC in Columbia City. He is married to Monica (of Sharpsville) and has two future Cadets, Addison (class of 2023) and Isaac (class of 2027). Adam and his family are members of Aboite Lutheran Church. He enjoys golfing and lake time with friends and family. The Heller family supports future Cadets through the financial contribution of the Lloyd Heller Scholarship Fund.
Valarie Jacob-Messerschmidt, '83, is a special education assistant for Fort Wayne Community Schools and a licensed beautician. Her husband, Steve, CLHS class of ’79, is a Fort Wayne firefighter. They have three children: Phillip (’06), Jackie (’08) and Brandon who is currently attending Concordia Grade School. Val enjoys spending time with her family and she and her husband and children have been active in JROTC. Valarie has been both a JROTC and band booster.
Julie (Goodman) Jones, ’90, is the Controller for Geiger Excavating, Inc. She has a daughter Katie, who is a future Cadet (class of 2023). Julie is a member of Emmaus Lutheran Church and serves as an active member of the Emmaus Lutheran School Board of Directors. She enjoys golfing, basketball, volleyball, and spending time at the lake with her daughter, family and friends.
Martin Lewis, '75, currently manages the Acme Bar and Grill. His wife, Diane, is the assistant principal at CLHS. Martin and Diane attend St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church where Martin is also the chairman of the school board. They have three children who attended Concordia: Kirsten (’00), Michaela (’04) and Broderick (’11). Martin is the son of Tom (’49) and Ruth Lewis.
David Michael, '04, serves as the board's secretary. A project manager for Michael Kinder and Sons, Inc., David is engaged to Rachel Schroeder ('06). They plan to marry in August 2012. David enjoys traveling, cycling and home remodeling. He is the son of Robert ('69) and Christine Michael.
Pam (Miller) Reinking, '81, is employed by the Arts United Center and is the House Manager. She is married to Gary (’80) and has three children: Megan (’04), Ashley (’07) and Garrett who will be in the CLHS class of 2023.
The Alumni Association announces the Friends of Concordia Membership Class
The Alumni Association Board of Directors is pleased to announce a new class of membership.
The Friends of Concordia membership is for family and friends of a Concordia graduate that wish to support the alumni association. Your payment of $10 will give you the benefit of participating in alumni association events.
