Concordia Lutheran High School students, faculty and staff are once again coming together to celebrate the season with the spirit of giving through the Allen County Christmas Bureau.
Each classroom and office has a family — 33 families in total — for which they are gathering gifts, a Christmas dinner and household items. This year, 120 individuals will be impacted by the high school’s gift donations.
Class groups will wrap gifts starting at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 10. and will then be delivering them to the gym, “The Cage,” by 8:40 a.m. Students will then load the truck outside.
“Christmas Bureau is an essential part of our mission of raising up Christian servant leaders,” said CLHS science teacher, Kyle Jane. “It is a joy each year to see our students and staff give generously to the needy in the name of Christ.”
Concordia has participated in the Christmas Bureau for more than 45 years.
