Austin Thoms named new head boys basketball coach

Concordia Lutheran High School would like to announce that Austin Thoms will replace Tim Reinking as the school’s new Head Boys Basketball Coach.

Coach Reinking served as the Head Boys Basketball Coach at Concordia from 1997-98 until 2006-07 and again from 2014-15 until 2015-16. His teams won 3 SAC Championships, 2 Sectional Championships, and 1 Regional Championship. His teams also won 2 SAC Holiday Tournaments.

Austin Thoms is a 2006 graduate of Concordia Lutheran High School where he played basketball for Coach Reinking and football for Coach Doerffler. He has spent time coaching at Hawaii Pacific University, The University of Nebraska, and The University of Northern Colorado.
