Happy New Year!

Prayers and God’s blessings to you and your family in 2019!

The new year brings excitement and hope that as we take or initiate the challenges and opportunities that God places before us to grow in our understanding of Him and our role as His people. Our foundation in Christ’s love, which brings us the forgiveness of our sins through His death and resurrection, provides us with the confidence to grow, to live, to thrive. Please pray for our students and faculty that they are filled with resolve and confidence to have a terrific Spring Semester in both their academic and co-curricular life at Concordia.

Semester 1 Report Cards will be available on each student’s OnCampus portal. Semester 1 Honor Roll will be announced later this month. Congratulations to students with a GPA of 3.66 and higher (and no grade lower than a C) who will be listed to Honor Roll and to our students with a 3.00-3.65 GPA who are named to the Honorable Mention Honor Roll.

In mid-January, Concordia will be distributing surveys to assess our climate and culture from our students, parents, and faculty/staff. Your voice and thoughts are greatly appreciated as we continue to grow an educational institution in the Fort Wayne community. Survey results help to direct strategic planning of the school and will be utilized in our accreditation visit in late February.

Concordia wishes freshman, Andy Deng, tremendous success at the USA Figure Skating National Championships in Detroit in mid-January. Andy is competing in the Intermediate Men’s and Juvenile Pairs events. Andy finished 2nd in the Intermediate Men’s and 1st in Juvenile Pairs at the Midwest Sectional Figure Skating Championships which were recently held in Fort Wayne. Andy’s goal is to be a member of the USA Figure Skating Team at the 2026 Winter Olympics.

Parents: Please join us for Parent-Teacher Conferences on the evening of Thursday, February 7 at Concordia.

Go Concordia!
