About Computer Science & Robotics

Whether you’re a wiz at computer or just dabble in programming, these classes will help you refine your skills; and it promotes creativity, problem solving, and collaboration. All computer science classes can be taken for dual credit for college (at Purdue Fort Wayne). Students gain hands-on experience through class projects, including building projects with Raspberry Pi's. Past projects have included an underwater computer and a fully working Arcade game! 

Students in the program participate in area programming competitions (with cash prizes) through PFW and TechFest. Also, CLHS offers a “Disrupting the Pink Aisle” program to encourage women to participate in CS/STEM offerings.
