Biography

Mrs. Jeanine Tietz joined the faculty as an English teacher in Fall 2022. She has a Bachelor of Science in Education degree from Concordia University, Nebraska and a Master of Arts in English degree from Long Island University. She has decades of teaching experience in both parochial and public schools and is the mother of Isaiah (2022 CLHS graduate) and Amaya (Class of 2027). Her husband, Rev. Dr. Ryan Tietz, teaches at Concordia Theological Seminary. When she is not teaching, she enjoys hiking, gardening, singing and playing the trumpet.
