Biography

Andy Klein joined the Concordia staff as the Facilities Manager in Spring 2023. 

 

Andy is a graduate of Canisius College in Buffalo, NY (B.S. - Accounting.) He worked 28 years in the car & truck rental business starting as a corporate employee before becoming a franchise owner. It was the opportunity to purchase the Fort Wayne Budget Rent A Car operation that brought his family to Fort Wayne, IN.

 

He previously worked as the Building Maintenance Supervisor at Homestead High School.

 

He is married to Kristine, and between the two of them they have seven children (Justin, Zach, Noel, Taylor, Grace, Will and Alice) and six grandchildren. Grace (‘15) and Alice (‘18) are Concordia graduates.

 

In his free time, he enjoys time with family and friends, caring for a 103-year-old home and traveling. Organizations that he is active in include: Turnstone Flyers Sled Hockey team, Brain Injury Association of Indiana and the Oakdale Neighborhood Association.
