About Science
The CLHS science department pursues educational excellence that inspires students to become scientifically-literate stewards of God’s creation. Through hands-on lab work and in-class discussions, students gain an appreciation of chemistry, biology, anatomy and physiology, and physics. Students also can gain experience through our on-campus Our Creator’s Classroom.
The CLHS Science Department also offers Advanced Placement (AP) classes in biology, chemistry, and physics to help prepare students for college.
We also offer a Project Lead the Way (PLTW) Biomedical program. Read more about it here.
