Photography Camp
Photography Camp – My Perspective
Perspective: a particular attitude toward or way of regarding something; a point of view. In this summer camp, students will express their own unique perspectives through the art of photography. Campers will learn about photographic techniques such as rule of thirds, balance, negative space, and leading lines -- all while using professional-level equipment! They will also have the opportunity to learn how to take better pictures with their phones.
This is a beginning photography camp so no experience is necessary. It is recommended that students bring a smartphone, but not required. If students do not have a smartphone, an alternative device will be provided during camp. At the end of the camp, the photos will be shared in a showcase that parents are welcome to attend. The photos will also be available as a digital link to view later - a great memory for years to come!
