Rowing (Crew) Camp

Learn the basics of Crew from the members of the Concordia team. The CLHS Crew Team will teach the basic skills needed including water safety, the rowing techniques of sweeping and sculling, strength training, and coxswain skills. Campers must be able to swim.

Plastic water bottle, gym shorts (not loose basketball shorts), gym shoes, water-shoes or something similar to slip on and off easily, and sunblock are needed.

Each camper will receive a rowing shirt.
