Rowing (Crew) Camp

Learn the basics of Crew from the members of the Concordia team. The CLHS Crew Team will teach the basic skills needed including water safety, rowing techniques, strength training, and coxswain skills. Campers must be able to swim.

Plastic water bottle, swimsuit (one-piece for girls), shorts, sunblock, towel, gym shoes, and tote bag are needed.

Each camper will receive a rowing shirt.
