Concordia Lutheran High School is hosting summer camps for all ages this summer. Camps range from athletics to music to robotics and everything in between. DECA at Concordia Lutheran High School competes at state...again!

JROTC units from Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky and Ohio consisting of more than 700 Cadets in total will represent all four branches of the military at this highly competitive and prestigious event.

If you are anything like me (and I guess I’m hoping you are) you have experienced times in your life when you didn’t feel much like rejoicing. You may have times of pain, struggle, and overall feelings of utter failure, perhaps in multiple areas of your life. At times, for me, these times can come in waves, and although I know what the Bible says about joy and trust, it can be very difficult to do this!

Junior Lauryn Jones took second in the American Legion Oratorical Contest on Jan. 24 at the American Legion Post 117 on Tillman Road.

Our program was received well and in the second week of our competitive season, we were blessed to receive 1st place at the DeKalb show and to be bumped to a higher competitive class based on our score! This is an achievement that has not been awarded to any other group in the past three years.
