With the Governor's announcement to move to Stage 5, we are now able to allow more fans at our football games (1,000 fans with 500 on each side). However, tickets will still be needed. Attendees must have a ticket to enter the game and then may pay with cash, CLHS Punch Card or CLHS Sports Pass (essentially, you must have a ticket to purchase a ticket to enter the game). No other passes will be accepted at this time. Athletes will still be given the tickets (up to 4 per game). Special for Friday's Homecoming game, we are allowing the opportunity for students to obtain tickets.

I am very pleased to be working with a group of dedicated students who have resurrected the Cadets for Social Change club to help them grapple with many of the issues challenging young people of faith today. This club is a continuation of our "Students for Social Change" group which has been renamed this year to "Cadets for Social Justice."

As you may have heard, Governor Holcomb announced today that the state will be moving into the Stage 5 Opening Plan as of Saturday. However, the mask mandate will continue through October 17. As of now, we will continue to operate under our current guidelines from our Back-to-School Plan, the Allen County Department of Health, and the Summit Athletic Conference (SAC) as it applies to classroom activities, athletic events, plays, and other school activities. We will update you as we have more information.

Forty-four Concordia Lutheran High School students have been selected as new members of the CLHS chapter of the National Honor Society.

Concordia Lutheran High School has been voted the No. 1 High School in the region by the Fort Wayne Newspapers Reader's Choice Awards for 2020.

Beginning Wednesday, Sept. 23, we will offer FREE lunches to ALL students.

Every year I have the honor of writing this blog which means every year I have an opportunity to share my passion for technology education with you. The really cool thing about this is I have an endless supply of material and examples of why tech ed has such great growth potential and it only increases daily.
