Congratulations to the finalists in the Comedy Festival, hosted by Concordia Lutheran High School. These films, which were submitted by local middle and high school students, will be shown on the big screen at 7 p.m. March 13 in the CLHS auditorium.

It is hard to believe we are at the middle of February. If your family has an incoming student, please make sure to complete the Tuition Scholarship applications before May 15. Returning students do not need to complete this.

Do I really have to wash my hands? I often speak to the importance of good old hand washing to keep ourselves healthy but what if we don’t – wash our hands that is?

I encourage you to attend Concordia’s Theatre production of Fiddler on the Roof, February 22-23. Tradition is the central theme of Fiddler on the Roof. From the familiar opening notes of the solo violin, and throughout the joys, heartaches, and humor of the show, tradition is celebrated and lived out by the papas, mamas, sons, and daughters in the village of Anatevka.

Concordia Lutheran High School’s 49th Annual Homer L. Clendenen Memorial Junior ROTC Drill Meet will be held Saturday, February 22, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Hilliard Gates Sports Center, 2101 East Coliseum Boulevard, at Purdue Fort Wayne (PFW).
